Our Park
Family owned and operated over 50 years and counting, our boutique rv park is nestled into the lush natural surroundings of Carmel Valley and has all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay on the Monterey Peninsula.
All of our sites include full utilities, (water, sewer, electric, wifi and cable tv) with the option of 30 or 50 amp. Your site also comes outfitted with a picnic table and charcoal grill for your enjoyment so you can sit back and relax in our serene setting as the soundtrack of chirping frogs lulls you to sleep every night.
Guests are welcome to enjoy our recreation room with a lounge area, billiards, and ping pong tables. For your convenience there is a general store located in our office, which offers non-perishable groceries, cold soft drinks, and RV supplies. Clean bathrooms and hot showers are also available for your comfort. The Carmel River is a natural area and is not accessible from the park. River access is available nearby at Garland Ranch Regional Park, a short drive away.

Beautiful and quiet place. We had a site with a private area, propane fire pit and propane grill. We enjoyed and evening with steaks on the grill in full privacy. Bathrooms were well above average. And free coffee in the office! Would definitely return!

How large is your park?
Our property is a boutique RV resort featuring a total of 35 sites. The park is thoughtfully landscaped with abundant foliage, flowers, and mature trees, creating a tranquil, garden-like atmosphere for our guests.
Do you have sites on the river?
Our property does not offer riverfront sites or direct access to the river, as it is a protected natural area. While guests can enjoy the tranquil sounds of the river and observe local wildlife, including frogs, access is restricted to preserve the environment. For river access, we recommend visiting Garland Ranch Regional Park, located 5.2 miles east of our property, which offers pet-friendly river access points. Additionally, Carmel Beach is a nearby dog-friendly destination.
Do you have pull-through sites?
All of our sites are designated as back-in. We offer a limited number of “pull-forward” sites for motorhomes; however, these are not true pull-throughs, as guests will need to reverse their vehicle when departing.
Do you have full hookups?
Yes, all of our sites feature full hookups, including water, sewer, and electrical service. We offer both 30-amp and 50-amp options to accommodate a variety of RVs.
Are there hiking trails near by the property?
Whether you're looking to walk the beach or hike scenic trails, opportunities are conveniently available nearby, such as Garland Ranch Regional Park (5.2 miles east, dog-friendly) and Point Lobos State Natural Reserve (8.6 miles southwest, not dog-friendly).
Are fire pits allowed in the sites?
Guests are welcome to bring their own propane fire pits, and propane fire pits are also available for rent. Please note that wood-burning fires are strictly prohibited by Monterey County regulations and may result in fines of up to $150, or $100 if wood fire debris is found at your site upon departure. Charcoal and Duraflame logs may be used in your site’s grill; both are available for purchase in our sundry shop.
What activities are available?
From world class wine tasting and golf, to fine dining, shopping and exploring scenic Carmel by the Sea and the Monterey Peninsula, our location offers a variety of activities to enjoy.
Do you have Uber/Lyft in the area?
Yes, ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft, as well as local taxi and car rental agencies, are available in our area. Many guests find it convenient to drive their RV to nearby shopping centers and arrange for transportation services to meet them there, which can help minimize wait times.
Do you have laundry services?
We offer convenient laundry pickup and delivery services through our off-site partner. For self-service, the nearest laundromat is located approximately 3 miles away at the MidValley Shopping Center. On-site laundry facilities are not available.
Do you have a dumping station?
Every site at our park is equipped with full hookups, including a private sewer connection for your convenience. We do not offer a stand-alone public dumping station.
Clarification of Arrival and Departure Dates
Your reservation confirmation will specify both your arrival and departure dates. Please review these dates carefully to ensure your travel plans align with your booking.
Can I select my site when making a reservation?
Site assignments are finalized on the day of arrival. While we welcome requests for specific sites and make every effort to accommodate them, assignments are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Are Tents Allowed?
We do not permit tent or ground camping on our property. All accommodations are reserved for RVs and motorhomes only.
